We want you to love your Muahaha gear. If you're not monstrously happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.

How it works:
Email us at muahaha@muahaha.co with your order number and let us know what's wrong. Most requests are resolved with a full refund or a replacement — whichever makes more sense for your situation. In many cases, you won't need to send anything back; we'll let you know if a return is needed for your specific request.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items:
Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue so we can get it corrected quickly — a refund or a free replacement, your choice.

Refund timing:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
